At NAVI Self Care, all of our luxury, plant-based skincare and body care products are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Because each product is carefully crafted and labeled by hand, we require adequate processing time before shipping.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
- This processing time includes creating, batching, labeling, and quality-checking your products.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard carriers:

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions may apply to orders over a specified amount, as stated on the Site.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update with your carrier.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes or certain restricted locations.
- International shipping may be available at checkout, but customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
- NAVI Self Care is not responsible for packages lost or delayed after the carrier marks them as delivered.
- If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- If there is a shipping error caused by NAVI Self Care, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
